The journey of my life has taken me to many different places in the U.S. and abroad. I have lived in some of the most amazing places in the U.S. and can say with confidence that Santa Cruz is a very unique place. I am so glad to be able to call Santa Cruz my home.
I would consider my massage to be a refined blend of many different modalities, primarily but not exclusively Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Connective Tissue. Working with a variety of people, everything from young athletes to the elderly, I have learned how to adjust my massage to the individual needs of that person, whether they are looking to just relax, or have need of deep therapeutic work.
I have 5 years experience working in the finest spas in Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley in Colorado and over 900 hours of training in 13 different modalities. I received my certification from Arizona School of Integrative Studies near Sedona, AZ with further training in Iowa, Oregon, and Washington state, and I am licensed in CA and CO. Additionally I have a BFA in photography, and have worked extensively in ceramics and wood-working.
